No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our cookies, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not possible. Each order is made fresh and personalized for our clients.

Exceptions for Refunds

We offer a full refund only if the order is canceled within 30 minutes of the original purchase or if you need to correct a mistake in the order, such as changing the shipping address. After this 30-minute window, no refunds will be granted.

Production Time

Our cookies are made to order and require 2-3 days for production before shipping. If you expected same day shipping, please note this is not possible. Refunds will not be issued for misunderstanding this policy.

Shipping Delays or Issues

We use third party shipping services and are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. Refunds will not be provided for delays or lost packages due to carrier issues.
If there is a shipping delay or issue, you will need to contact the shipping service directly to address the problem. Please check if the courier offers insurance to cover such situations.
